Debbie Harbour is a lifelong Tidewater resident with over 20 yrs of real estate sales experience. She was raised in a military family, is married to a military retiree and herself is a retiree from the U.S. Naval Hospital. She understands the Military family life of moves and transfers and works well with helping the Military member and their beneficiaries through the process.

Memberships include National Association of Realtor, Virginia Association of Realtors, Hampton Roads Realtors Association, Real Estate Information Network, Chesapeake Newcomer's Club, Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council Inc. where she holds an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI).

She’s an active member of her community working through the Women’s Division Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce-Chesapeake, Great Bridge Baptist Church, the Portsmouth Boat Club and The Parrot Head Club of Tidewater where she actively supports the American Cancer Relay for Life, Alzheimer’s Association, Southeastern Virginia Chapter, Special Olympics and the Southeastern Food Bank.

She and her husband, Ed enjoy golfing, sailing and motorcycling along with their children and grandchildren.
